The fact that you can blend such totally different styles together and somehow make it work is one of the greatest interests to me as an artist. I used to draft different versions of the exterior onto graph paper because of the fascination I had with this movie as a child of the 80’s. It is interesting to know that the house was merely a shell and never really existed.
